Why did you choose Cornell? “I chose Cornell for many reasons. First off, Coach (Ben) Deluca was the coolest and most caring coach I met on all of my visits. He seemed to care so much about his players and will be a great role model for me when I go there.
“Secondly, the academics are great. Being an Ivy League school, they are almost unmatched by any other. Also, they compete for a National Championship every year and the bond that all the players seemed to have is awesome and I can’t wait to be apart of it.
“Lastly, the campus itself is beautiful and will be an awesome place to go to college.”
What are your thoughts on this past HS lacrosse season/team’s outlook for next season? “This past year we won the San Diego section CIF championship. I was a freshman this past year so I was extremely fortunate to come onto the team and form bonds with all of the older players and ultimately win a championship. We graduated 18 seniors this past year, but we hope to be just as strong next year!”
