Prior Lake (MN) sophomore midfielder Ben Ward has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the Air Force Academy.
Ben Ward ledger:

High School: Prior Lake High School, MN
Graduation Year: 2016
Position: Midfield
College Choice: Air Force
Club Affiliation: Team Minnesota Lacrosse
Major lacrosse honors: Rookie of The Year, Freshman Varsity
Academic honors: Honor roll
What will you major in/study? Business Management and/or Finance
Why did you choose the school? “The school and area are amazing. Along with being one of the best educations in the country, the coaches and cadets made me feel like family. I also will have the chance to skydive and fly a plane so that’s a plus!”
What are your thoughts on this past HS lacrosse season/team’s outlook for next season? “My past season was one of the best seasons in Prior Lake history, being ranked 4th in the preseason polls. We really put Prior Lake on the map as a powerhouse school and that’s exciting. This upcoming season we have if not the toughest, one of the toughest schedules in the state, even tougher then last season. We lost a lot of seniors but are bringing back a lot of talent that hopefully will help us have another successful season.”
Thank You: “I would like to thank my Team MN coaches for believing in me and helping me with this process. I also want to thank my parents; without them I would not be where I am today.”
Other schools considered? West Point
