Hendrick Hudson High School (N.Y.) sophomore midfield-faceoff specialist Jared Hershman has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Marquette University.

What will you major in/study? Undecided
Why did you choose Marquette? “Marquette University has top notch academics and an abundance of programs to major in. The campus was beautiful and the coaches were great and really made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Also the idea of playing for a rising lacrosse program seemed very exciting.”
Outlook for your High School team? “Although we lost some talented seniors who will be playing in college, there is talent on the roster that will fill those voids capably and our expectation is to make a long run into the playoffs.”
