Choate Rosemary Hall (CT) post-graduate attackman Will Reynolds has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Michigan.
Will Reynolds ledger:

High school: Daniel Hand, CT/PG at Choate Rosemary Hall, CT
Graduation year: 2014
Position: Attack
College choice: Univ. of Michigan
Club affiliation: LI Sting Black
Major lacrosse honors, camps and showcases: 2X CT All State (1st Team and 2nd Team); 2X First Team Southern CT Conference;
2X All Area Team; Team Captain; LT 300 (All Star Team); Best of the Best; Legacy (All Star Team); Under Armour Shooout
What will you major in/study: Biology or Political Science
Why did you choose school: “Coach (John) Paul expressed interest and invited me to come visit. I went and was extremely impressed with the athletic facilities and the campus. I spent a good part of the day with Coach Paul, getting to know him as a person and a coach, learning about the academic opportunity and the Michigan Lacrosse Program. The history of the athletic program at Michigan, the stellar long-term performance of its teams, the very high commitment level to lacrosse, an equally high commitment to academic achievement, and the remarkable investment being made in facilities and technology, were overwhelming. When Coach Paul offered me a verbal commitment, it was a no-brainer. Michigan was the best option for me and it is a perfect fit for all these reasons and more.”
Outlook for your high school team: “Last year Choate won the Founders League and I believe that it is entirely possible to achieve again this spring. I’ve gotten to know one of the captains and some of the players; they are a great group of guys who are extremely competitive. I am looking forward to helping them achieve that goal again.”
Thank You: “My club coach, Mr. (Ken) Miller of the LI Sting, was a guiding light for me and my family in this process and believed in me, providing the needed visibility.I also want to thank my parents for always being there to help me out and push me to give my best effort and reach my potential. I’ve learned a lot from them over the years and I know it will transition into the Division 1 level. One other person who needs to be recognized is Mike Ranfone, of Ranfone Training Systems, my trainer, whose approach has helped me get to this point and I believe will be another key to being prepared for the competition in the big D1 arena.”
