Devon McNamara scored five goals and added three assists and Tyler Llewellyn pumped in four goals as visiting Loyola Blakefield (MD) defeated Haverford School (PA), 12-7, today in boys’ lacrosse.

Loyola Blakefield improved to 2-1 as it gears for Saturday’s showdown with No. 2 ranked Garden City (NY) at M&T Bank Stadium, the home of the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens at 11 a.m. That game will precede a college lacrosse doubleheader featuring Colgate vs. Navy and Virginia vs. Johns Hopkins.
Haverford School (0-3) got a goal and an assist each from Timmy Brooks and Reilly Hupfeldt while Gavin McBride, Grant Ament, Tommy McNamara, Dox Aitken and Brendan O’Neill each scored once and Jake Landman made 12 saves.
Dallas Jesuit (TX) 9, St. Mark’s (TX) 5
The visiting Rangers improved to 7-1 with the win at St. Mark’s (7-2).
