St. Pius X (GA) 2017 midfielder Maggie Cleary has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the United States Naval Academy.

Why did you choose school: “I’m from a military family. My dad was in the navy and my uncle went to the Naval Academy so i have an understanding what life is like in the Navy. I’ve been to their camp for the past three years and I fell in love with it the second I walked on the campus.”

Outlook for 2015 season: “The team and I did very well this past season. We won our region and we made it all the way to the state semifinals. We worked hard and It paid off. We made a name for ourselves. We have a great group coming in For the 2015 season and I have a feeling that we will go farther than we did last year.”
