Why did you choose this school? “I chose Cornell because it has a stellar academic reputation as well as an elite lacrosse program. After visiting Cornell for the first time, I fell in love with the school. I loved the coaching staff as well as the campus. Coach (Jenny) Graap’s style and dedication to coaching as well as the camaraderie among the team was genuine and welcoming.”

People to thank: “I would like to thank my parents for their support since second grade. Also, I would like to give a special thanks to Coach Duck for her guidance, skills development, advocacy, and belief in my ability and talent. In addition, I would like to thank my high school coach, Molly Fernandez, for critiquing my stick skills, improving my footwork and refining my draw technique. Last and not least, I would love to thank both my Ultimate club team as well as my Shipley high school team because the most gratifying part of playing lacrosse is being apart of a team.”
