TLR Evaluation

Reno Vorderlandwehr is a menace on the defensive side with his checks and shows off elite groundball skills and the ability to clear and make plays in transition. On ball, Reno takes good approaches and uses his strong hands, footwork, and aggressive style of play to cause overall havoc for the offense. He digs out GBs and can clear it all on his own, showcasing strong ball protection, stick skills, athleticism, and high IQ decision making in transition. College coaches should look at Verderlandwehr as a dual threat defender that could fit into their close d or LSM group especially while planning on beating a 10 man ride. Reno has shown flashes of dominance on the club scene for Team 91 Georgia and our staff loves his overall game! College coaches, give this “do it all” 2025 defenseman a real look because he will be committing sooner than later to a mid to low end D1 school or top D2/D3 program.
