Rocky Phelps, junior midfielder from Cardinal Gibbons High School, has decided to further her academic and athletic career at the United States Military Academy. In addition to being talented in the midfield, the talented recruit is dominant on the draw. Prior to her commitment to West Point, Phelps played with both Nation United and Ultimate Elite Lacrosse Club.
