Why did you choose USC? “It is a relatively new program, with coaches with so much knowledge and experience. The school itself is a phenomenal institution and it has all the academic programs I am interested in. I got a gut feeling the first time I stepped on campus. Going back for a second look only solidified that USC is home for me.”

Outlook for 2016 HS season? “This year is our 3rd year as a varsity program and our second year of district tournament eligibility. We won the district championship game in overtime last year with 4 middle schoolers in the starting lineup. Not having graduating any starters, and our team being relatively new to the sport and getting better every day of practice, the odds of a successful season are in our favor.”

Thank You: “I’d like to thank my teammates for pushing me everyday. I’d like to thank all of my coaches for getting me to this point having only played since 7th grade. I’d like to thank Chazz Woodson for not only developing me as a better athlete, but a better leader and person. I’d like to thank my dad for being my biggest fan even though he doesn’t know the rules quite yet. And lastly I’d like to my mom for pushing me and supporting me throughout the whole process, and being such an inspiration and role model for me.”
