June 29, 2023 | Virginia – This past weekend teams from all over the country showed up in Virginia to compete for the Legends Eastern Invitational championship title. With ages ranging from 2032s to 2024s and over 50 college coaches in attendance, teams brought their best this weekend to prove what they were all about.

Within the 2024 division there included AA, A, and B subdivisions, all containing six to eight top teams in the country looking to take home a championship medal.
The AA bracket had prominently strong competition as there were noticeable dominant teams going through the entire weekend with zero to few losses. Championship contenders, True National 2024 White (3) and Sweetlax Charleston 2024 (4), ended the tournament with 2-1 records. True National ended up loosing to final champion, Omnia 2024, while Sweetlax Charleston ended up loosing into the first round of playoffs to Red Devil 2024 Red (5) who went on to lose to final runner up, UNRL Texas 2024 in the next round.
In the next subdivision, 2024 A, there was a consistent theme of 2-1 records throughout the season with only one team rising above to end with a 3-0 record. FLC National 24 Blue had themselves a weekend going in undefeated giving them a bye for the first round of playoffs. That being said the first place team only found so much success in the playoffs, making it to the third round but taking a loss to the fifth ranked team, True VA 2024 Black who went on to win the bracket.
Lastly in the 2024 division, the B division there were two dominant teams: Team 91 Charlotte 24 White and LG Select, both doing undefeated in the regular play of the tournament. When it came to playoffs, both teams getting a bye for the first round, competed against the other teams to work their way to each other in the finals. Ultimately LG Select took home the championship against Team 91 with a 9-4 final in the final game.

The 2025 and 2026 divisions followed in similar format including AA, A, and B subdivisions with a plethora of teams all fighting to win their bracket. The 2025 AA bracket ended in a game between No. 1 True National 25 White and No. 3 DC Express 25 Orange with a 8-2 final in True’s favor. On the other side, in the A subdivision, both Team 91 Georgia (2) and Hammers Elite (1) had gone through the tournament and playoffs undefeated, meeting each other in the final game. With an upset, No. 2 Team 91 Georgia brought home the medals, defeating Hammers Elite with a close 5-4 final. Lastly, the B bracket had a bit of an upset with Madlax DMV 25 making it to the championship game after having a 0-2-1 record and being ranked seventh at the end of the regular tournament play. That being said their opponent, Team 91 Charlotte 25 White had a consistent win streak ending the weekend undefeated as they took down Madlax 13-2 in the final game.
For the 2026 division, the AA bracket had a similar upset with No. 2 Team 91 Georgia Flames taking down No. 8 HoCo 2026 after the No. 1 team, True National 2026 White had lost in the first round of the playoffs to HoCo 2026. 2026 A presented a different type of upset where both the No 1. team, ProStart 2026 White and the No. 2 team. DC Express Orange made it to the championship games after having similar records in regular play. That being said, DC Express Orange upset the No. 1 team, taking down ProStart 26 White 5-3. Lastly, in the 26 B subdivision, there was similar behavior with No. 2 Team 91 Charlotte 2026 White taking down No. 1 FLC 2026 State 8-4 in the final game to take home the medals.
