“First, just a quick thank you to all the volunteers who year in and year out make KSF one of the best events of the year,” said St. Joe’s Prep coach Andy German. “It’s a really big win for us. It comes at the end of week that my guys will never forget and I am happy that they were able to come out and represent the Prep, playing not just for the Katie Samson Foundation, but for Ryan Gillyard and his family.

“To come back after Thursdays loss to La Salle and beat a very talented GV team speaks to the resolve of my guys. It’s a pleasure to coach them and I am sure we will see GV down the road. They’re a very good team and extremely well coached.”
