Hunter Moreland and Charlie Hughes helped the Lakers (3-0) wen 27 of 32 faceoffs amd race to a 15-3 halftime lead.

Shack Stanwick had four goals and three assists and Keegan O’Connor added four goals and one assist while Tal Bruno scored four and Patrick Spencer had three goals and two assists. BL fired 45 shots.

Alex Moeser scored twice for Trinity-Pawling (0-1).

DeMatha (MD) 10, Archbishop Spalding (MD) 2

Greyson Torain had three goals to lead the host Stags (5-0).

Stephen Hirshmann scored twice for Spalding.

Fallston (MD) 11, North East (MD) 4

Brendan Nolan tallied five goals, and Ben Claffe and Wes Rumple each scored two for the defending 2A-1A state champion Cougars in their opener.

Severn School (MD) 13, Mill Creek (GA) 5

Andrew Destefano and Jack Munroe each had two goals and an assist and Tyler Perretenhad a goal and two assists to lead the host Admirals (4-0).

Andrew Eubanks and Cooper Doyen each had two goals for Mill Creek (4-4).

Mountain Vista (CO) 16, Lewis Palmer (CO) 2

Shane McKenna had three goals and six assists and Alec Womack contributed five goals and two assists for the host Golden Eagles (4-1).

Castle View (CO) 8, Highlands Ranch (CO) 7

Max Tuttle (Sacred Heart) scored the winner with .8 seconds left for Castle View (2-3).

Conestoga (PA) 11, Central Bucks East (PA) 6
