From Press Release
Players and parents can easily find and compare tryouts searching the ConnectLAX tryout map: www.connectlax.com/tryouts.
This is the largest directory of tryouts and is free to club directors looking to list their tryouts. Over 600 clubs are on ConnectLAX. It’s college matching service is also free and the best way to find schools that fit both on and off the field: www.connectlax.com/colleges
Finding the right club that balances training, curriculum and exposure is key. A common complaint is practices centered on rolling out the balls, not instruction. These considerations are referenced in our free recruit guide: www.connectlax.com/guide
Recruiting support is another consideration that players and parents key on and many club websites have a recruiting tab that shares their club’s approach and platform for recruiting. There are clubs for every player, as you can play club lacrosse without having 100% decided to play lacrosse in college.
Camaraderie, fun and community define the club experience, we watch it all summer at events and love the fraternal aspect of it. Being a part of a team matters just like playing college lacrosse at any level matters. Best of luck to all players during tryouts.
