1. Landon School (MD) 21-0
The Bears crushed Bullis 18-7, to win the IAC championship and finish the season undefeated for the first time since 2002.
2. Cold Spring Harbor (NY) 21-0
The Seahawks won their third straight Class C Championship with an 11-9 win over Jamesville-DeWitt.
3. Calvert Hall (MD) 17-2
The Cardinals defeated McDonogh, 12-6, to win the MIAA “A” championship and finished the season with 15 consecutive wins.
4. Delbarton (NJ) 21-1
The Green Wave took care of Moorestown, 15-9, to win the NJ Tournament of Champions for the second straight year.
5. McDonogh (MD) 17-4
The Eagles fell to Calvert Hall in the MIAA “A” championship game at Homewood Field.
6. Severna Park (MD) 20-0
The Falcons completed an undefeated season with a 7-6 victory over Churchill in the 4A/3A finals at Stevenson University.
7. Ward Melville (NY) 20-2
The Patriots completed one of the greatest comebacks in high school lacrosse history against Pittsford in the Class A championship game. They scored four goals in the final 1:01 to force overtime, and Matthew Grillo scored the championship winning tally with a second remaining to get them their first title since 2013.
8. Haverford School (PA) 16-7
The Fords fell to Culver Academy in the Inter-Ac Invitational championship, 9-5, for the second year in a row.
9. Avon Grove (PA) 23-2
The Red Devils had a thrilling 5-4 double overtime victory over Conestoga to win the PIAA Class AAA championship, their first ever state championship. Zach Augustine scored the game-winner after the Pioneers sent it to overtime on a goal with 1.3 seconds left in regulation.
10. Bullis School (MD) 18-3
The Bulldogs fell in the IAC championship game to undefeated Landon.
