Why did you choose Canisius? “Coaches (Randy) Mearns and Murphy both showed great passion and understanding of the game. They’re energy made me want to play for them in the future. I liked the feel of a small city campus, and they have a strong business program.”

HS team’s outlook for 2017 season? “Only 3-4 seniors on the roster, but we have a lot of talented kids who are ready to step up and keep Victor lacrosse as a powerhouse program. Many eyes are on us, and we all are looking forward to the most challenging schedule we’ve played, which includes past state champions from Michigan (Brother Rice) and NY (class B Jamesville-Dewitt).”
