3/30/23 – Grand Haven, MI – Lance Poole commits to Detroit-Mercy after being a four-year varsity starter. He was an Eastern Legends Spotlight Showcase All-Star, and a Diamond New Balance Invitational Showcase All-Star. Poole is also an excellent student as he was named Academic All-State twice. The midfielder obtained a 4.03 GPA, and is also a member of the National Honor Society. 

Why did you choose Detroit-Mercy? – “It was a perfect match for me, not too far away from home and they gave me a lot of scholarship money.”

Who do you wish to thank? – “Coaches, family, friends, and everyone who was a part of my journey. So many factors played into my success. I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for a lot of individuals.”
