Trinity-Pawling School (NY) 2017 goalie Mike McCardell has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Virginia Military Institute.

Why did you choose VMI? “I loved the campus and the vision of the program under the new coaches. I’m also extremely interested in the military and this will help me accomplish those goals.”
Outlook for 2016 HS season? “I’m super excited for the season I think we have a group of quality guys and players and I’m excited to hit the ground running and hopefully win a conference title.”
