Seneca Valley High School (PA) 2018 attackman Grant Alexander has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Baldwin Wallace University.
Grant Alexander profile:

High School: Seneca Valley High School, Harmony, PA
Position: Attack
Graduation Year: 2018
College Choice: Baldwin Wallace University
Club Team: 412 Elite
Lacrosse Honors: Three year varsity letter winner; Two-time Western PA Keystone All-Star team; Brine All-American National Lacrosse Classic Team OH
Academic Honors: Honor Roll
Expected Major: Business (undeclared)
Why did you choose BWU? “I really felt at home on the campus and believe the Business School – with numerous internships near a big city – will provide a great academic opportunity for me. I was also able to develop great relationships with the new coach, Coach (Trey) Keeley, and the team! I look forward to the chance to compete for OAC and NCAA Championships!”
HS team’s outlook for 2018 season? “Last season, our team was younger and our mix of youth and experience helped us have the best season our program has had since 2012. Since we did not graduate too many contributors from last year’s team, that experience should help our team compete for a section title and take us far into the WPIAL playoffs.”
Thank You: “I would like to thank my dad, my mom, and the rest of my family for all of their support of me over the years. Also, there have been many coaches who have helped me develop as a lacrosse player and person over the years. I am incredibly thankful for the guidance and support from my high school coaches – Peter Tumbas, Lance Diamond, David Hall, and Brian Bohn – as well as my club coaches – Peter Tumbas and Dom Perella from 412 Elite and Rob Marasti and Peet Poillon from Low & Away. Thank you for preparing me for this opportunity. Finally, I would like to thank my teammates, current and former, who have made it so much fun!”
Other schools considered: Walsh University, Capital University, Otterbein University, St Vincent College
