Why did you choose SBU? “When I received the call from Coach Randy Mearns asking me to join his new program, I was excited, but I wanted to learn more about St. Bonaventure.

“After visiting the beautiful campus in the Alleghany mountains in upstate New York and meeting Coach Mearns in person, it became evident that St. Bonaventure is a school where I will be able to contribute and succeed on and off the field. It’s an excellent university with amazing traditions and has a small student body with approximately 2,400.

“Coach Mearns is not yet done with recruiting, but the players that have committed so far all have what it takes to make St. Bonaventure a national contender.”

HS team’s outlook for 2018 season? “After winning our first ever state championship by the most significant margin in state history (18-2) we look to repeat and make history!”

Thank You: “The constant support of my family and the many sacrifices they made are a good reason this is now a reality! The club coaches starting with the Westmount Lynx (Peter) and then the Ottawa Capitals (Jay), were instrumental in shaping me into a complete lacrosse player. The faculty at Christ School and especially Jeff Miles, my Coach & Mentor, have and continue today to develop me into the student-athlete I am today.”
