What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose the school? “Ultimately I chose the University of North Carolina because I felt that in every aspect that factored into making my college decision; UNC could not be beat. The weather in Chapel Hill is phenomenal, the campus is really nice, the academics very strong and of course the lacrosse program is great. Coach (Joe) Breschi and (Chris) Feifs made it very clear to me that they wanted me to be a part of the 2018 class and looking at all of the other players already committed there I felt that we may have a great shot at a National Championship.

“All of the coaches and players that I was able to meet during the process really made me feel like I was at home. The UNC lacrosse team preaches family, and that really resonated with me in all of my visits to campus.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “BC High has a great athletic program that is about being leaders on and off the field. I’m excited about the opportunity to play under the new BC High Coach Steve Lydon who I have also played for with Laxachusetts. I feel that we have a good shot at making the playoffs this year and hopefully going even further than ever before in the state tournament.”

I would also really like to thank Coach Morris, Chouinard, and Evans of Laxachusetts who all have been extremely helpful and crucial in my development and growth as a lacrosse player and also as a person, especially in teaching character. Finally, I would like to thank all of my youth coaches Joe Donovan, Jeff Schwartz, and Dave Burke who really taught me the game and drove my passion for lacrosse.”
