What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose Harvard? “Ever since my first visit to Harvard at the age of 6 for my mother’s alumni event, (she played basketball for the Crimson, while my father played lacrosse), I have loved the Harvard campus. This love of the campus, in addition to the fact that it is one of the top universities in the world easily put Harvard on my list of schools once the recruiting cycle began.

“After speaking with Coach (Chris) Wojcik numerous times, I was impressed with what he and his players were building at Harvard, and I wanted to be a part of that process. Overall, Harvard is the perfect combination of lacrosse, academics, and location for me.”

Outlook for 2016 HS season? “I am extremely excited for the 2016 high school season. We will return numerous senior contributors from last year’s state tournament tournament team, including Justin Higgins, Jay Johnson, Weiland Parrish, Mike Goedderz, Jason Karau, and Andrew Broman. Seniors Matt Kalkman and Luke Graves will be asked to contribute at defense along with Senior Dennis Neuenfeldt in goal.

“Meanwhile, we also have some great young talent – Jack Monssen, Drew Bianchini, Wes Wolfe, Princeton Oppong and Justin Zielinski – who have worked hard in the off season and will have an impact. We hope to take what we learned last year and apply it to this year.”

Thank You: “First of all, I want to thank my father Rob Graff. He has been my coach throughout my youth and club career, and has had an enormous impact on my development as a lacrosse player and person. In addition to him, I would also like to thank Coach Fleck, Coach Hochman, Coach Tao, Coach Miceli, Coach Clark, Coach Cater and his staff, and Coach Hurley for helping me become the player I am today.

“Finally, I would like to thank my family and my Jefferson and Team Minnesota teammates, who I could not have done this without and who make every lacrosse event an enjoyable experience.”

Other schools considered: Virginia, Princeton, Brown
