What will you major in/study? Business
Why did you choose John Carroll? “I chose John Carroll for many reasons. When I first visited campus and met Coach (Brian) Small I immediately knew that John Carroll was the place for me. Coach Small has an outstanding, and confident outlook for the future there, and this made me confident about making my decision to attend John Carroll.
“John Carroll also has a top business program, which is what I want to study. I also wanted to attend a smaller school and John Carroll is the perfect size. Lastly, John Carroll is located just outside of Cleveland, OH and I really like the aspect of living close to a large city, plus I’m a huge Cleveland sports fan. All of these factors made John Carroll an obvious choice for me.”
HS team’s outlook for the season? “I believe that our team will be very successful this upcoming season. Unfortunately we lost several talented seniors from last year’s team (which made it to the Regional Finals of state), but I strongly believe that we have a good chance to make it to the Final Four of the Ohio State tournament this year.
“Our goals for this year are to make the “A” bracket of the MSCLA Tournament (which we have done the past two seasons), and like every year, we are going to strive to win the Ohio State Championship game. Although we did lose some very good players from last year, we return a very talented group of guys, in all we have a total of 6 College commits. Also with a new, and experienced coaching staff, I believe that we will be able to generate serious offensive threats, and the defense will certainly be a power house as they usually are.”
Thank You: “I’d like to give a huge thank you to anyone who has helped me through the recruiting process, including my coaches, friends and family, especially my parents, who pushed me to be the best that I could possibly be, for helping guide me through adversity, and for giving me many opportunities to be able to live out my dream of playing college lacrosse.”
Other schools considered: Hamilton College, Denison University, Carthage College
