March 23, 2023 – Mooresville NC – Megan D’Amore will transition into college lacrosse at Mars Hill University. The Mountain Lions are receiving a defender from North Carolina. D’Amore is also a member of the National Honors Society, the National Technical Honors Society, as well as the National Beta Club Crosby Scholars.

Why did you choose this school? “Close to home and I could play two sports (soccer and lacrosse).”

Who do you wish to thank? “My family, my high school coaches (Coach Taylor Ketcham and Coach Andy Cook), and my lacrosse club (Carolina Miners). Since I am dual sporting, also my soccer coaches.”
