May 11, 2023 – Henrico VA – Ella Post commits to playing division I lacrosse at Longwood University. As a midfielder who also specializes on the attacking side, Post has been athletically recognized as a 2x State Championship for Class 5 VHSL. Off the field, she is a member of the National Honors Society, French National Honors Society, National Society for High School Scholars, and the Honor Roll.
