The National Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association presented their 2016 Coach of the Year Award to James Andre, Head Coach, Victor HS (NY) at the IMLCA Convention on Saturday.
Andre is the Head Coach of Victor High School’s undefeated (22-0), 2016 Class A, New York State Champion. This was Andre’s 2nd career State Lacrosse Championship in his four years as the helm of Victor HS, as his team also won the 2015 Class B, NY State Championship. Victor finished in a tie with McDonogh School (MD) and Darien (CT) for the No. 2 spot in the final C2C North America Boys’ Rankings.
