Porter-gaud School (S.C.) 2022 attackman Robert Freeman of Charleston Elite Lacrosse has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Robert Freeman profile:

High school: Porter-gaud School (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
Grad year: 2022
Position: Attack
College committed to: Lenoir-Rhyne University
Club team: Charleston Elite Lacrosse
Lacrosse honors: SCISA conference Player of the Year, senior varsity captain
Academic honors: Honor Roll (all 4 years)
Expected major: International Business/Trade/Commerce
Why did you choose Lenoir-Rhyne University, Men’s D2? “I chose LR very late in the recruiting process, because I was unsure if I wanted to play lacrosse in college. When I decided I wanted to play, LR was the first school I contacted because I knew Coach (Greg) Paradine was the man to trust. Being a former USILA Coach of the Year and having 13 years of coaching experience under the program definitely caught my interest. The first time I went and visited campus I was drawn by the variety of architecture and the very beautiful, soon to be new and improved, Moretz Stadium.”
Is there anything else you would like to share? “Thank you to my coaches and especially to my parents who made this journey possible! Huge thank you as well to Coach Paradine and the rest of the LR coaching staff for taking interest in my talents.”
