Today’s “Uncommitted Spotlight” features Top Gun Fighting Clams 2020 attackman Dylan Brown of Belmont Hill (MA)
Coaches Comments: “Dylan was flying just a bit under the radar a bit until this past spring, when he claimed a starting spot on the always-powerful Belmont Hill Varsity squad. As one of the few righties on a lefty-heavy offensive, Dylan was the beneficiary of numerous scoring opportunities last year; he’ll invariably be the beneficiary of even more this spring for yet another strong Belmont Hill team. Needless to say, he capitalizes on most.
“This past summer, Dylan had his best Clam season to date. He was tied on the top team in scoring over the course of the season with fellow attackman and UVM commit Tucker Spencer, and when they played together, they established quite a rhythm. This fall, Dylan should stand out alongside other top end players like recently reclassified Michael Lampert and Connor Sullivan (both of whom missed the summer due to injury, and I know will come out flying this fall).
“A player whose been highlighted here before, Dylan’s dangerous shot has only become more dangerous, and his creativity continues to reach new heights. This fall, he will be electric. Whether he’s committed or uncommitted come November remains to be seen, as he currently has numerous suitors. Either way, whether he’s wearing the Clam committed grey helmet or not, he’ll be one to watch for sure. He can be seen with his Clam team at the Mayflower Tournament in Taunton, MA on 11/4, the Harvard Crimson Classic on 11/11, and the Philly Showcase on 11/18.”
