TopLaxRecruits partners with InLacrosseWeTrust.com to provide high school news

01/25/2013 By TopLaxRecruits

TopLaxRecruits.com, Posted 1/25/13
From Press Release

In Lacrosse We Trust (Inlacrossewetrust.com) has announced added coverage of high school lacrosse to the website. In Lacrosse We Trust, a website covering primarily college and professional lacrosse, has partnered with TopLaxRecruits.com to cover the high school lacrosse scene.

“We felt like we were lacking something in the high school field,” said In Lacrosse We Trust website CEO Marisa Ingemi. “Now was the time to add to our coverage expanding on the post subjects on any all lacrosse website. We are excited to be working with the great people at TopLaxRecruits.com.”

TopLaxRecruits.com is operated by Lacrosse Media, which also operates Phillylacrosse.com, LILacrosseNews.com and BaltimoreLacrossenews.com.

ILWT will also be adding regional coverage as the first professional lacrosse website to have specific areas of coverage in hotbed regions. Individual websites have been added for Boston, New York, Charlotte, Baltimore, Denver and Toronto.

All of the websites can be reached at inlacrossewetrust.com/lacrosse/boston, New York, Baltimore etc. “There is regional and team coverage of sports leagues around the world, but that never has been the case in lacrosse” says Ingemi. “Our goal is to change the landscape of lacrosse media, and in creating regional websites for fans of specific teams and areas just creates more of a fanbase for their teams and organizations.”

The Boston site will cover the Boston Rockhoppers (NALL), Boston Cannons (MLL), Vermont Voyageurs (QSLL) and college teams like UMass and Vermont. New York will cover the Rochester Knighthawks and Buffalo Bandits (NLL), Rochester Greywolves (CanAm), Rochester Rattlers (MLL) and college teams like Syracuse.

Toronto will will cover the Hamilton Nationals, Toronto Rock, Toronto Shooting Stars and all of Major Series Lacrosse. Baltimore covers the Baltimore Bombers, Chesapeake Bayhawks, UMBC and Maryland while Charlotte covers the Charlotte Hounds, Duke and North Carolina. Lastly, Denver covers the Denver Outlaws, Colorado Mammoth, Colorado Sabertooths and Denver University.

“These six sites will help grow the fanbases of the teams listed above and also allow readers to feel a sense of community within their teams,” says Ingemi. “Our staff of dozens, including professional players, will contribute to these sites along with the regular front page news that covers all of professional, college, amateur and high school lacrosse.”

Three writers join the staff along with the changes. Chuckie Maggio joins InLax New York covering the Rochester Knighthawks and Scott Arnold joins InLax Toronto covering MSL and also is on the call for Brampton Inferno vs Ohsweken Demons CLax lacrosse Friday at 7pm on The Lacrosse Radio Network. Jim Flannery will also join as an NLL writer for the front page.

For any questions regarding the website upgrades and changes, or for news on the new websites, contact Marisa@inlacrossewetrust.com. If you are interested in covering a region, contact that email address.
