1. Culver Military Academy (IN) 12-1
The Eagles beat No. 2 Hill Academy, 4-2, and move into first place in the Midwest boys’ rankings for the first time since March 20, 2015. They face Detroit Country Day (MI) today.
2. Hill Academy (Ontario, Canada) 12-1
The Pride’s 33-game win streak came to an end in their regular season finale as they fall to second in the rankings.
3. Upper Arlington (OH) 11-0
The Golden Bears remain undefeated and have won 19 straight dating back to last year. They face Cleveland St. Ignatius (OH) today.
4. Everest Academy (Ontario, Canada) 9-2
Everest finished their season with a 20-5 win over Erie Cathedral Prep (PA).
5. Brother Rice (MI) 8-3
The Warriors beat Victor (NY), 10-9, to end its 50-game win streak, the longest in North America boys’ lacrosse. They’ll have the week off before playing Detroit Country Day (MI) on May 10.
6. Cathedral (IN) 10-3
The Irish most recently beat Culver Academy (IN) varsity and will play Zionsville (IN) today.
7. Cincinnati St. Xavier (OH) 10-3
The Bombers have won six straight and re-enter the top 10, most recently taking down No. 8 Louisville St. Xavier, 13-12, in overtime.
8. Louisville St. Xavier (KY) 13-3
The Tigers lost a close one to No. 7 Cincinnati St. Xavier as it finished its regular season.
9. Grayslake North (IL) 12-0
The Knights won another trio of games, most recently against Libertyville (IL), 16-9. They host Glenbrook North (IL) on Tuesday.
10. Dublin Jerome (OH) 10-2
The Celtics fall a couple places after a close 8-7 loss to No. 3 Upper Arlington. They square off against Dublin Scioto (OH) on Tuesday.
