Club Philosophy/Mission: “Triple Threat Elite Lacrosse’s mission is to inspire girls to reach their full potential on and off the lacrosse field. We strive to empower girls of all ages by focusing on the complete player, teaching the skills and strategies necessary to be successful. Our goal is to help build self-confidence and teamwork skills using a positive instructional approach in the programs we create. We emphasize that a strong work ethic leads to long term success. We help players to understand that the effort that they put in benefits not only themselves but the team as well. Lacrosse is a game that builds life skills for young girls. Everything that we do is designed with the goal of making a lasting impact on players.”
What makes your club special/ what was the inspiration for creating it? “Triple Threat Elite provides the tools for every athlete to reach their goals. Our Team First mentality is at the core of our culture cultivating pride in success. We value hard work and celebrate the individual and team rewards that result from consistent efforts. We build competitors who learn how to win by believing in themselves and the power of a team.”
Community Service/Social Justice projects: “This fall we lost a dear member of our Triple Threat Elite family, Central 2022 goalie Lex Karpinski. The St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is accepting donations in her honor here: https://inmemof.org/alexea-grace-karpinski.

What was the highlight of your club’s summer or Fall season?
Platinum Games this fall was a success club wide for us with the following notable accolades
Triple Threat Elite 2027 won their division and went 4-0
Triple Threat Elite 2025 went 3-0 and made it to the championship game
Triple Threat Elite 2023 won their division going 3-0 and scoring 42 goals!
Triple Threat Elite 2024 finished with 2 wins and a tie
Triple Threat Elite Central 2025 went 3-0 at Five Star and dominated their division
