Club Philosophy/Mission: “We focus on the total student-athlete developing and pursuing excellence on and off the field. We constantly set higher goals for both our players, our coaches and club. We develop highly skilled team lacrosse players partnered with opportunities for character building and service to others. This elite combination develops a well -rounded, high caliber lacrosse player, with championship winning character and an admirable desire to serve others- making them physically and mentally prepared to excel at the collegiate level.”
What makes your club special? “Our club is special because of the intimate family connection our Directors and all our coaches have with each individual player. That connection is seen in every facet of the club as evidenced by each of our exceptionally qualified coaches sharing a bond with Coach Duck and Coach Alex in; being coached by, coaching with or having played for Coach Duck. The consistency of having a personal lacrosse connection imbeds the coaching philosophy throughout every level of our club. This provides an unparalleled developmental system of success for all of our players to maximize their potential.”
Community Service/Social Justice projects: “Our community service projects are deeply personal and an essential component of our club. We proudly wear our red, white, and blue. Each team takes the field sporting their camo with team names honoring our military because we believe in the power of our country. We are dedicated to the time honored traditions of having fun with discipline, focus and serving others. America is a place of unique opportunity for all people and we celebrate our mission to develop the individual student-athlete to becoming elite both on and off the field. The importance of inclusion, acceptance, service, and the ability to work with everyone is a hallmark of the Dynasty Elite Lacrosse Club which is why our service projects encompass every player and family. We bring everyone together with a common service goal by working together and celebrating our accomplishment as one family.
“Our community service projects are diverse just like our Lacrosee club and country. We focus community service opportunities to expand our understanding of the community and world around us. For example, our first service project was a club wide project in which we created over 400 care packages for deployed military service men and women all over the world. We never suspected our care packages would have such a tremendous impact at the time they were shipped, however, packages were received by our military as the COVID pandemic hit globally.”
Which age groups and other programs (camps, training, etc.) does your club offer? We have teams and players from 2031-2022. Our club was the first to safely break out of the COVID quarantine in June 2020 providing players from all across PA, NJ and DE with their first lacrosse experience in months at our camp. We run summer camps, clinics and various play day/tournament opportunities for players of all ages and from all clubs.
“Our club has intensive training year round in practices and clinics with additional opportunities to play competitive games in leagues throughout the year. This is in addition to the fall and summer tournament season. Our training with these additional opportunities enables the players focused on and dedicated first to lacrosse and wanting to play at the next level the ability to stay competitive.”
What was the highlight of your club’s summer/fall season? “The highlight of our summer was not only our camp that safely broke quarantine but our ability to safely train/practice and compete in ALL our tournaments this past summer. We never gave up our season and we never gave up on our players. We know the importance of sports and being with our Dynasty Elite family on and off the field. A simple look at our social media and you will see that we kept our players busy when quarantine was the norm.”
Notable club graduates? “Not yet! Our club is starting its third year in existence but our record of highly trained and successful athletes at the collegiate level runs deep. Coach Duck has successfully led the recruiting process for hundreds of athletes prior to creating Dynasty Elite. One example: Coach Elena Romesburg, a graduate of James Madison University and a key member of the 2018 National champions, was coached, trained, and had her recruiting overseen by Coach Duck.”
