Sunday’s results: Hill Academy (Ontario) tops Culver Academy (IN); DeMatha (MD) wins

Dallas Bridle scored five goals and Brenden Bomberry scored three Sunday as Hill Academy (Ontario) defeated host Culver Academy (IN) in a game involving two Top 10 teams from the TopLaxRecruits rankings.

Hill Academy, ranked No. 6 this week, improved to 15-3. The seventh-ranked Eagles (9-2) saw their seven-game win streak snapped.
Nolan Apers added two goals and Zach Miller was a key cog offensively for Hill Academy.

DeMatha (MD) 7, St. Mary’s Ryken (MD) 6, 2 OT

Steve Partlow (Jacksonville) scored a behind-the-back goal with seconds left in the second overtime to lift the Stags (9-4, 4-1) to the DC WCAC victory over the knights (10-5, 4-3).

Partlow had two goals and an assist and Nick Ramsey made 11 saves in goal.

Matt Brisolari and Brady Thompson (Lehigh) each had a goal and an assist and Johnny Surdick (Army), Tyler Najarian and Greyson Torain (Navy) each scored once.
