Princeton-based Team Turnpike (N.J.) ELITE won the 2014 bracket at the MVP Tournament hosted at the University of Delaware last weekend.
Team Turnpike defeated Sweetlax (N.Y.) for the championship and also toppled Mesa Fresh 2014 in the semifinals as well as in pool play.
The Team Turnpike 2015 ELITE team lost in the 2015 Championship Game in overtime to South Shore after edging Mesa Fresh by a goal in the semifinals.
Team Turnpike had seven players named to the All-Star Game at MVP:
