Saturday’s girls’ results: St. Paul’s (MD) tops C.M. Wright; New Canaan (CT) stays undefeated

Shelby Wells scored five goals as visiting St. Paul’s School (MD) handed C. Milton Wright (MD) its first loss of the year on Saturday, 10-9.

The Gators, unranked but listed as Under Consideration by TopLaxRecruits.com, improved to 9-3. The No. 10 Mustangs fell to 8-1.

Maggie Gallagher had four goals for C.W. Wright.

New Canaan (CT) 8, Farmingdale (NY) 7

Olivia Hompe had five goals, Bea Eppler scored twice and Liz O’Sullivan made nine saves as the Rams (7-0) dealt the 20thth-ranked Dalers (5-1) their first loss.

Bay Shore (NY) 11, Wantagh (NY) 7

Kyra Harney had three goals and an assist and Kaitlyn Arnold and Cynthia Delcore each had three goals to lead No. 7 Bay Shore (8-0) in non-league action.

Wamtagh is 7-2.

St. Anthony’s (NY) 9, Chatham (NJ) 6

Maggie Bill had three goals while Ella Bonafede and Isabella Mangan each added two to pace the No. 12 Friars (6-1).

Maddy Bowles and Kristen Maiorano each had two goals for Chatham (4-5).

Manhasset (NY) 11, Summit (NJ) 8

Lindsey Ronbeck had five goals and one assist to lead No. 13 Manhasset (7-1) in non-league play.
Madeleine Gramigna, led Summit (7-2) with four goals.

Great Valley (PA) 18, Boyertown (PA) 8

Emily Scullin collected seven goals and two assists and Brittany Edwards added five goals and two assists while Avery Murphy scored four goals as the host Patriots remained perfect at 9-0 with the non-league win.

Rachel Engler had three goals for Boyertown (9-2).

Conestoga 12, Downingtown East 4

Catie Smith and Blake Hamblett each had three goals and an assist and Meghan McGillis contributed two goals and three assists to lead the Pioneers (9-1) in a non-league win.

Moorestown (NJ) 14, Rumson-Fair Haven (NJ) 4

Marie McCool had four goals and an assist and Alicia Geiter, Margaret Nissen and Kayla Pruitt each scored twice as the No. 3 Quakers improved to 8-0.
