“On behalf of the HEADstrong Foundation and those we humbly serve we wish to extend our sincere appreciation to our Rockville Centre Lacrosse Club family for taking on this incredible challenge. We are truly humbled by RVC’s commitment to sponsoring a room at Nick’s House and for their continued involvement with our organization. It means the world to us to see so many of our Long Island friends and families celebrating our Nick’s life, legacy and carrying his torch. The funds raised through this amazing effort will allow us to strengthen our commitment to families displaced while pursing cancer treatment. We hope that Rockville Centre’s efforts inspire other lacrosse clubs from across the country to host a 27K shot challenge in their community. We are honored to call Rockville Centre a partner in the fight.” – Cheryl Colleluori, HF President and Nick’s Mom
