What will you major in/study? Economics

Why did you choose Duke? “Duke has always been my dream school since day one, and I think it has the best balance of academics and lacrosse. The thought of going to a top academic school and playing to win a National Championship is unbelievable. I also loved the coaches and think there is great team chemistry at Duke. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.”

What are your thoughts on this past HS lacrosse season/team’s outlook for next season? “I thought our varsity team had a great season last year going 12-5 and I was glad to have an impact. I really liked our coach, Adam Pascal, and we had some great leaders.

“I am really excited for this years season. We have a new coach coming in, Matt Rowley, who runs more of a 3d type offense with lots of picks and inside game. I am eager to learn it and I think it has the potential to be extremely dangerous for opposing defenses. We have some great senior leaders this year and I think we have the ability to have a very successful season.”

Thank You: “I would most like thank my parents for always sticking by my side and pushing me to be where I am now. They have always had confidence in me and have done all they can to make me the best I can be.

“Also, my older sister, Eliza, and my younger brother, Nick are the best siblings I could ask for and have been such positive influences in my life.

“I want to also thank all my coaches who have been so good to me, and push me to strive to be the best all the time. There are so many to name, but I would like to point out Mike Connelly, Dan Choinard, Sean Morris, Dave Evans, Adam Pascal, Chris Ajemian, and Matt Rowley as well as my crabs coaches Ryan McClernan and Andy Shilling.”
