Monday’s boys, girls’ results: Salesianum (DE) deals Shawnee (NJ) its first loss

Jay Kelly had four goals and an assist and Troy Reeder scored four goals as host Salesianum School (DE) defeated Shawnee (N.J.), 13-1, handing the Renegades their first loss of the year.

Sam Fink added a pair of goals and Sean Giampiertro had a goal and two assists while Ryan Kern made eight saves for the Sals (8-2).

Shawnee (9-1) got its goal from Jacob Dean.

Chesapeake A.A. (MD) 12, Old Mill (MD) 4

Nick Altmann had four goals and Pat Brennan added two goals and three assists to lead the Cougars (9-1) past the Patriots (4-6).

St. Mark’s (DE) 18, Sussex Tech (DE) 6

The Spartans improved to 8-1 as James Magnani had six goals and two assists for the Spartans (8-1).

Bishop Timon (NY) 21, St. Francis (NY) 11

Connor Fields collected eight goals and three assists and JD Recor had six goals and four assists while Layne Collins had three goals and three assists and Adam Dimillo contributed three goals and two assists for the Tigers (4-2).

Archbishop Ryan (PA) 20, Interboro (PA) 12

Shane Taylor scored 10 goals for the second game in a row and Tyler Bollard won 15 of 19 face-offs and added a goal and an assist to help the Raiders improve to 5-4.

Girls


Winters Mill (MD) 14, Fallston (MD) 6

The Falcons improved to 6-4 with their fourth straight win as Sydney Trentzsch tallied four goals and one assist and Coeli Love scored four goals.

Archbishop Carroll (PA) 11, Springfield-Delco (PA) 8

Taryn Deck scored five goals and Sophia Cuzzupe made 13 saves in goal as the Patriots (8-3) held the Cougars (9-2) to one second-half goal in beating them for the first time since 2004.

St. Anthony’s (NY) 14, Kellenberg (NY) 5

Maggie Bill had four goals and Kasey Behr added three as the No. 12 Friars cruised to the CHSAA victory.

Bay Shore (NY) 16, Sachem East (NY) 4

Kyra Harney had five goals and two assists, Kaitlyn Arnold scored four goals, and Cynthia Del Core added three goals and three assists to lead the No. 7 Marauders (9-0).
