From US Lacrosse
US Lacrosse today announced LacrosseRecruits.com as the official recruiting sponsor for the US Lacrosse Women’s National Tournament. The two-year sponsorship includes the 2013 and 2014 tournaments hosted during the NCAA women’s lacrosse tournament over Memorial Day weekend. The 2013 tournament will be held at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa.
“We’d like to thank LacrosseRecruits.com for sponsoring the 2013 and 2014 US Lacrosse Women’s National Tournament,” said Rob Scherr, sponsorship manager at US Lacrosse. “As one of the largest women’s lacrosse events in the nation, it is a true celebration of women’s lacrosse. Hosted during the same weekend as the NCAA women’s tournament, LacrosseRecruits.com is positioned to help the young women showcase their athletic ability for the sport’s college coaches.”
“US Lacrosse does a great job with this event and we are really excited to be back,” said Matt Wheeler, Co-Founder of LacrosseRecruits.com. “We love seeing talent from across the country coming together for a great weekend of lacrosse.”
LacrosseRecruits.com, a sport-specific recruiting tool, will build special recruiting packages for players in attendance along with filming all Schoolgirls’ division games. To help educate players and parents, LacrosseRecruits.com will host two free recruiting seminars at the tournament each year.
Harrow and The Heather Leigh Albert Foundation are the presenting sponsors, Yolo is the official retailer sponsor and Shock Doctor is the official mouthguard of the 2013 US Lacrosse Women’s National Tournament.
