2024 Minnesota attacker Kailey Smith commits to Division 2 Notre Dame College. The member of the United Christian varsity girls lacrosse team comes from Bloomington, Minnesota where she played club for the Minnesota Lakers. When TLC asked Kailey why she chose Notre Dame she said “I chose this school because of how the team was connected as one. Almost like another family and that’s a big thing i look for in a team. Yes, they are good too but it’s the environment around me that plays a big role in choosing who i wanted to commit too.” Kailey plans to study Air Traffic Control while in the classroom as a student athlete at Notre Dame College. Kailey would like to thank her coaches, family, friends, and god. She says “They are the ones who have helped me along my journey and still continuing to grow.
