Why did you choose Hamline University, Women’s D3? “I had good time talking with the coach and teammates when I visited the campus and I could see myself spending time there the next 4 years. I absolutely love the campus and the opportunities I will have as both a student and athlete. My high school head coach is from Minnesota, my club coach is an alumni of Hamline lacrosse, and one of the players is from the same club team I played for, so I already have a connection there and that made me feel less nervous and encouraged me to make my decision.”
Is there anything else you would like to share? “Thanks to my family for always being by my side no matter what and traveling with me for all the tournaments; my high school/club team for the opportunities to play and get better on and off the field; my coaches for always providing me with what’s best for me and pushing me to get here; my teammates for working with me and being a reason to be on the field; and for lacrosse itself for helping me figure out my passion and guiding me to the next chapter of my life.”
What other college did you consider? Texas A&M
