Why did you choose Loyola? “I chose Loyola for many reasons. Not only because I think the school itself was a perfect fit for me, but also because I love the coaching staff and team. I love Baltimore and can’t wait to live the best of both worlds: in the city at school, and on the beach at home! Along with that, my older sister Maddy Blakeman is a freshman on the team currently, and being able to play with her again was a big pull.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “Our High School team has a lot of potential. If everyone’s talent, heart, and desire to win can come together, I think we will be very successful.”
Thank Yous: “There are many people in my life who I think deserve many thanks in all that I have accomplished. First of all, my parents, for allowing me to grow up in a lacrosse devoted family, giving me the opportunity to play, and just teaching me to love the game for what it is.
“I’d also like to thank the directors and coaches of Lax Maniax, my club team, for helping me to grow as a player and giving me the opportunity to get exposure to the recruiting process as well as to college coaches.”
