Why did you choose school: “I chose Binghamton because I will have the opportunity to receive an excellent education while playing Division I lacrosse, which has always been a dream of mine. Binghamton has an outstanding reputation academically and I believe that I will fit in with the team and eventually help contribute to their success. The atmosphere, players, and coaching staff at Binghamton made me feel comfortable and I am excited to become part of a rising Division I lacrosse program.”
Outlook for your high school team: “Coming off a strong 2012 season, we look forward to improve our game and reach the level we were at last year. Despite losing some key players in the midfield and on defense, we are going to need a lot of hard work, as well as some girls to step up and become a big part of the team this year. If we work together and play hard, I believe we will have a very exciting and successful year.”
Thank Yous: “I would like to thank all of my coaches that I’ve had over the years; FLG Coaches McGinty and Spenard for motivating me to improve and work hard at tournaments and practices over the summer; FPM Coaches Freiermuth, Morra, and Abbott for always having confidence in me, shaping my love for lacrosse, and helping me become the player and person I am today; my teammates for believing in me and making me better each day; lastly, my parents and brothers for their continuous support, whether it be watching me play or driving me to the endless games and practices over the years.”
