ConnectLAX already provides every player on partner clubs with a professional highlight video, and now girls teams will receive free game film from a summer 2020 event.
“We’ve had a lot of clubs sharing game film with college coaches on our platform because it embeds the roster below so the entire team can be easily scouted. This often happens after players message coaches with their highlight video and they’re looking for more film,” says Gage Mersereau of ConnectLAX.
GRIT, a girls club in Texas, recently switched to ConnectLAX after college coaches were looking for their film on the platform and the directors demo’d it. “Our directors were very impressed with what ConnectLAX has built and are excited to provide our families with such a comprehensive resource,” says Molly Ford, director and owner of GRIT.
Michelle Mason, director and owner of Snipers Elite and former college coach at Iona, has leveraged the platform from both a club and college coach perspective and shares her teams’ film as part of recruiting conversations.
ConnectLAX’s interactive video library also allows players to tag their teammates in great plays and for their coaches to tag important plays for teaching. Tagged plays can be up / down voted, bringing the best plays across each event and the entire summer to the top. These tools streamline the highlight video building process for players.
