What will you major in/study? Kinesiology
Why did you choose Army? “Last year, November 2014, I committed to Mount St. Mary’s University. This year, November 2015, I de-committed from Mount St. Mary’s for West Point to join Coach Joe Alberici, Coach Kyle Georgalas, and Coach Justin Turri. The opportunity to play lacrosse for the coaching staff, become a great leader, and serve my country is why I chose the United States Military Academy at West Point. Both my parents are retired from the military and I wanted to continue the tradition.”
Outlook for 2016 HS season? “I want to continue to work harder and improve my game. Help my team get far in the play-offs.”
Thank you: “I want to thank my family, especially my parents and my younger brother, Scout; my previous trainers from TOPS Athletics, Bailey and Fit for Life, Greg; and my current trainer from Momentum Athletics & Fitness, John; my friends and my lacrosse teams (Shamrocks and Hoggard), and especially my lacrosse Coaches who believe in me: Coach Steve Philipp (my Dad), Coach Eddie Jones, Coach John Beall, Coach Dennis LeBaron, Coach Steve Treman, and Coach Barron Russell for their support, vision, and the love of the game.”
Other schools considered: Mount St. Mary’s, High Point, and Towson
