Why did you choose NJIT? “I chose NJIT because of the location to New York City, the top-notch education and the start up Division 1 program.”
Outlook for your High School team? “We look great, we have a young team with a lot of talent. I expect big things from the team this year.”
Thank You: “First and foremost I have to thank my parents for giving me the opportunity to play lacrosse, driving me to all my games, tournaments, and practices for the first 5 years of me playing, their constant support, and always telling me good job when I know I’ve played horrible.
“I’d also like to thank Tom Hagan for giving me the opportunity to play for him since my sophomore year since I got rezoned into Centennial. Always having confidence in me and the team anyone would be lucky to have this man as a coach.
“A huge thank you to Nolan Godfrey. If it wasn’t for Coach Godfrey’s Southern Combat Showcase or his travel team, Claddagh Lax. I have honestly no clue where I’d be or if I’d want to play college lacrosse. He’s the reason any college coach even looked my way for any reason whatsoever. Thank you for believing in me and bringing me onto your travel team.
“Another thank you to Mike Bienen for the defensive lessons you gave me. It helped to astronomical levels I’d still be getting beat every ISO if it wasn’t for you.
“A huge thank you and probably the biggest of them all (not including my parents) goes to Clyde Avant thank you for sticking with me to get me faster and being a family friend. I couldn’t thank you enough.”
Other schools considered: Wagner, Limestone, Tusculum, Birmingham-Southern
