Kyle Brickerd ledger:

Academic Honors: Academic award for achieving a 3.5 or higher GPA
What will you major in/study? Biology
Why did you choose Maryland? “I chose Maryland because I love the coaches there and I got to meet with the academic advisor. She talked to me about my major and made me feel like I was already a student. I also got a chance to speak with the head of the Biology department and he was a great guy! He showed me labs and where I possibly could attend classes. Also, Maryland lacrosse is a great culture to be a part of.
“I chose Maryland because it was relatively close to home and my grandma. The whole campus was really nice and I enjoyed all my visits with the coaches!”
Outlook for 2015 season? “This upcoming spring is a big year for Broad Run. We lost a lot of seniors last year so we all have big shoes to fill. We will have a new coach this year and I’m looking forward to having a big year with him.”
Thank You: “I want to thank my parents, Coach Trig, and all my other coaches at school.”
Other schools considered: Ohio State, John’s Hopkins, Syracuse
