Blair Academy (N.J.) 2021 faceoff/midfield Riley Yee of Duke’s Lacrosse Club has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Ursinus College.

Why did you choose Ursinus College, Men’s D3? “Ursinus has so many things to offer. It has what I am looking to study. Also it is a great area with lots to offer. I am close to Philly Faceoff for practice; friends and family are nearby, and it is a great academic fit. The lacrosse level is right where I want to be, competitive and challenging.”

Is there anything else you would like to share? “I would like to say thank you to my friends, family, and coaches. My lacrosse friends have made lacrosse fun and would always meet up to push each other to become more competitive. My other friends have always been there to acknowledge my accomplishments. They always saw me better than I saw myself, and they would give me inspiration to always work harder. My family always took the time to come with me to my lacrosse games. Also, they kept pushing me to reach a new level of playing. I wouldn’t be able to be where I am at without my dad, who drove me almost everywhere to practice and games. My coaches have always held an expectation to where I am. I wanted to push myself to exceed that. They always gave me pointers to become a better player on and off the field.”
