St. Augustine Prep (NJ) sophomore midfielder James Kitchen has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Hofstra University.

Why did you choose Hofstra? “I chose Hofstra because its a great school with a great lacrosse program.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “Our schedule is very challenging which will prepare us to compete at the highest level in preparation for playoffs. We have a great group of players and a great coach. We look forward to our shot at the State Championship.”
