Concord Carlisle Regional High School (MA) junior LSM Nick Brozowski has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Maryland.
Nick Brozowski ledger:
High School: Concord Carlisle Regional High School, Concord, Massachusetts
Graduation Year: 2014
Position: LSM
College Choice: University of Maryland
Club Affiliation: Laxachusettes
What will you major in/study? “I plan to major in Business in College.”
Why did you choose Maryland? “I chose Maryland for a multitude of reasons. The campus as well as the classrooms, dorming facilities, and athletic complex were all phenomenal. Coach (John) Tillman made a great effort to make me feel welcomed when I visited and I could see myself really enjoying myself there as soon as I stepped foot on campus. I have also always wanted to go to school were it is warmer than New England.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “Our season is looking very promising. We have a strong offensive and defensive core coming back from last year. We lost our All-Star goaltender Doug Gouchoe from last year but I believe we have many kids trying out that can step up for us.”
Thank You: “I want to thank my High School Coaches for how they have helped me progress as a player. I also want to thank my coaches at Laxachusettes for helping me along the way with my college process. They made everything much more manageable and I will never be able to thank them enough.”
Other schools considered: Fairfield University, UMASS
